These terms govern your use of SEO Autonomy ("the app"), an SEO automation app you install on your Shopify store. By installing or using SEO Autonomy you agree to them.
SEO Autonomy analyzes your connected Search Console data and Shopify catalog, identifies supported SEO issues, and — when you explicitly enable autopilot — performs SEO work on your store: writing meta titles and descriptions, adding image alt text, and publishing pages. Each shipped change is logged; storefront resources are checked after writing, and published pages receive Search Console checkpoints.
We promise the work performed: the specific, auditable changes SEO Autonomy makes to your store, each verifiable in your Shopify admin and storefront. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic level, or revenue. Search engine and AI-assistant results depend on many factors outside our control (the search engines' own algorithms, your competitors, your prices and product range, seasonality). SEO Autonomy reports outcomes from Google Search Console honestly, including when a change does not move the numbers.
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system and appear on your Shopify invoice. Prices, trials, and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page and in Shopify at the point of subscription. You can change or cancel your plan in Shopify.
Don't use SEO Autonomy to publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, or to manipulate search results in ways that violate search engines' guidelines. SEO Autonomy follows helpful-content principles and will not inject hidden text, cloaked content, or scripts into your storefront.
SEO Autonomy is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost rankings, traffic, or revenue.
